What is a Women's Encounter?
An Encounter is over 15 hours in an environment which gives concentrated opportunity for you to draw closer to God, grow in your faith and gain freedom in Christ.
The goal is FREEDOM! Free to be all God dreams for you to be...not to be held back by fears, hurts, insecurities, unforgiveness, sin...but to break free from negative habits, bondages, bitterness, wrong thoughts and past mistakes. Jesus came to set you free!
This time is designed to help you understand God’s plan for freedom and fulfillment in your life by taking a fresh look at the cross of Christ and gaining new understanding of its awesome power. You will take time to pray, listen, learn, release, repent, respond, and receive all that God has for you.
Come confidently expecting God to meet you. Come and tarry, linger, expecting God to touch you in ways that are abundantly above and beyond what you could ask or think.
Let faith, hope and love arise in your heart!
Women Arise! Single Gals over 30-something
Spirit-filled, godly women are a powerful force in the Kingdom of God. The dignity and worth of women have always been upheld in God's economy. They reflect a distinct part of God's nature for which they are uniquely designed. In these crucial days, women need to arise to fulfill their divine assignments for "such a time as this!"
We realize that God is committed to transforming us into the likeness of His Son, and we are cooperating with His work in us by receiving His Word and yielding to His Spirit. As He works His salvation in us, we work it out in our daily lives by His grace and power.
The group will provide opportunities where women can connect with one another, teach one another, learn from one another, serve one another, to bring joy and fun to each other and most of all do life together.
We will have monthly gatherings and understand that not every event is right for every woman all the time, it is our prayer that you will find some of them to be a means of strengthening and encouraging you in your walk with the Lord!
